• Hotels : Hotels: Concierge Desk of the Hotel. In the absence of a concierge desk, please be seated in the lobby area

• Transfer from Hotel to Pier and Pier to Hotel will be provided in Open-air Truck, Non-AC vehicle for 4 Island SIC Tour

WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS

• SIC  Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pickup.
• PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
• Guests should be at the waiting area as per itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• Driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

BAGGAGE POLICY

• Maximum Baggage Allowance: 01 Suitcase + 01 Handbag / Laptop bag Per Person;
• These dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets.
• Checked baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W ) x 119 cm (D) + 01 Piece of Hand Luggage OR Laptop Bag shall not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and does not weigh more than 7kg.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GUESTS STAYING AT RAILAY OR RAYAVADEE AREA FOR KRABI TOURS

• Guests staying at Railay and Ravadee Beach Hotels must arrive at the Tour Meeting point on their own using the Hotel Shuttle Boat.  This service is not provided by GoGetGuide ( Including Centara Grand Beach Krabi, Rayavadee Resort example)
• Tour Pick up is not from the hotel lobby.  
• Guest must check the hotel shuttle schedule locally and make arrangements to arrive at the meeting point before Tour Pick-up Time mentioned on the Voucher. GoGetGuide will provide Pick up and Drop-off to the meeting point of the Tour for the Tour Service.

• All No-Show services are fully non-refundable.
• GoGetGuide will be not responsible for service failure caused due to information or special requests made with the Driver or any other person directly.
