Pick Up Time :- 0930 Hrs

Tour Duration:- 5 Hours

• The SIC up time is indicative. The final pickup time will be advised one day prior to service based on routing on the day of services. There could be a waiting time of 20-30 minutes from the indicated pick-up time. Guests are requested to be present at the hotel's lobby for pick-up. Once the driver has reported for pick-up they will wait for 5 minutes after which they will proceed to the next pick up and the service will declare a no-show.

WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS

• SIC  Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pickup.
• PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
• Guests should be at the waiting area as per itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• Driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

PICK-UP POINT

• Phuket Airport (Domestic)– Gate 1 Outside the restricted area, at the meeting area (Air-con hall) of the Domestic ground floor building.
• Phuket Airport (International)– Gate 2 Outside (Non-Aircon) of the International arrival building. 
• Hotels : Hotels: Concierge Desk of the Hotel. In the absence of a concierge desk, please be seated at the lobby area

BAGGAGE POLICY

• Maximum Baggage Allowance: 01 Suitcase + 01 Handbag / Laptop bag Per Person;
• These dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets.
• Checked baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W ) x 119 cm (D) + 01 Piece of Hand Luggage OR Laptop Bag shall not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and does not weigh more than 7kg.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No changes can be made to the itinerary or inclusions of the tours and services.
• All No-Show services are fully non-refundable.
• Rates are valid for minimum 2 persons.
• The child will be between 4 to  11 years old.
• The starting time or pick-up time mentioned in the voucher will be estimated only.
• *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or reinstating of their tour on another day or time would be considered
• The tour should be completed within the mentioned time. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
