• Transfer from Krabi Hotel to Phuket Hotel en- route to Phuket Tiger Kingdom.
• Guests are requested to Check-out of Krabi hotel before 1000 hrs. and wait at the hotel lobby for onward transfer to Phuket Tiger Kingdom.
• Transfer from Krabi Hotel to Phuket Hotel – En-route City  - Visit Tiger Kingdom.
• Drop Off at the Phuket hotel after the tour.

CHILD POLICY : 

• Big Tiger can be allowed only the age over 18 years old person and with a height of 160 cm.
• Medium Tiger can be allowed only the age over 17 years old person and with a height of 160 cm.
• Small Tiger Can Be allowed only the aged over 16 years old person And with a height of 150 cm.
• Cheetah Can be allowed over 4 years old. but under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Children Under 4 years may be permitted on a case by case basis.
• Smallest Tiger can be allowed for all ages group. but 16's must be accompanied by an adult..
• A person who needs a wheelchair and walking stick can NOT get inside the cage of Tiger.
• Please check prior to making a booking. Service provider reserves the right to deny admission to the guests to the park for bookings not complying with the Child Policy

IMPORTANT: Please note that if the guest misses a transfer organised by GoGetguide and arrives directly on their own at the attraction, they will be charged the walk-in price.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of passengers during peak times and any other unforeseen reasons.
• No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction
• The tour should be completed within the mentioned time. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
• Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
• Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
• Maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time the Guide/ Driver has reported at the hotel for Pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.
• Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
• For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of Pick-up/hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pickup time as mentioned in the itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon - traffic, location of the hotel on the route.
• *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re-instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered
• All guests are provided with a final itinerary and tour confirmation upon arrival in Bangkok
• The starting time or pick-up time mentioned in the voucher will be estimated only.
• The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date.
• Cost is valid for minimum 2 guests booking unless booking got rejected.
