Long Tail Boat and Speed Boat is a shared service. Private Tour refers to and from hotel transfer to the pier on private only.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GUESTS STAYING AT RAILAY OR RAYAVADEE AREA

Guests staying at Railay and Ravadee Beach Hotels must arrive at the Tour Meeting point on their own using the Hotel Shuttle Boat. It is recommended that the shuttle schedule is to be booked 48 hrs prior to arrival/service with the resort. This service is not provided by TravelBullz.
Guests staying at Railay Beach : Pick up at the East Side of Long Bridge : 0900 hrs.
Guest staying at Centara Grand Beach : Pick up from Nopparat Thara Beach Pier : 0815 - 08:30 hrs.
This is applicable to all hotels that are not located on the Krabi mainland.
Tour and Transfer Pick up for all such hotels, is NOT from the hotel lobby.
Guests staying at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Spa, Centara Resort and Villas Krabi Ao Nang must arrive at Nopparat Pier for all Tours and Transfer pick-up.
Guest must check the hotel shuttle schedule locally and make arrangements to arrive at the meeting point before Tour Pick-up Time mentioned on the Voucher. GoGetGuide will provide Pick up and Drop-off to the meeting point of the Tour for the Tour Service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A minimum of 9 guests are required on the day of service for operation. The service provider reserves the right to cancel/reject the booking without notice should this minimum requirement not be met. Tour Amount will be fully refunded in such cases
All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of passengers during peak times and any other unforeseen reasons.
No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction? The tour should be completed within the mentioned time. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date
All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time the Guide/ Driver has reported at the hotel for Pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.
Guest who fails to board the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of Pick-up/hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pick-up time as mentioned in the itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon - traffic, location of the hotel on the route.
Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or reinstating of their tour on another day or time would be considered? All guests are provided with a final itinerary and tour confirmation upon arrival in Bangkok
The starting time or pick up time mentioned in the voucher will be estimated only.
The final pick up time may change and will be reconfirmed before the service date.
Child Rates would be applicable on 4- 11 years old.
