The park hosts many rides which might require timely maintenance. For any reason, if any of the rides are nonoperational on any particular day, in this case, we do not hold any responsibility for the same.
During busy periods, the Jumeirah Sceirah guest queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park's closing time.
Please note that Wild Wadi Waterpark will be conducting an essential maintenance program and the entire park will be closed from the 8th of January 2023 till further notice

Cancellation Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children below 2 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children between 2-3 years will be considered as a child and charged a child rate.
Children above 3 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
