Important information

Safari and Marine Park remain closed on Mondays.
Safari Park Operating Hours: 0900 - 1700 hrs
Open Zoo is included in Safari World OR Safari World + Marine Park Ticket only product, however, guests need to pay additional on the ground for shuttle service transport to access Open Zoo
Child ticket: Age 2-12 and with a height between 100-140cm
Safari World reserves the right to charge as per adult prices if the child's height is above 140 cm irrespective of the age of the child.

Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number
No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction
Guest who fails to board the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers / tours.No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
