Important Note:
- Conservatories and Floral Fantasy close once a month for maintenance. Please check the official website for closure dates prior to your visit.
- If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on the closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
- Visits to both Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be completed on the same day and re-entry is not allowed.

- Valid for one-day entry to each attraction, either on the same day, or separate dates. Note that combo tickets are valid per person, and cannot be shared.

Cancellation Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 2 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
