WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS

• SIC Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of the guide/driver for pickup.
• Guests should be at the waiting area as per the itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• The driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

PICK-UP POINT

• Suvarnabhumi International Airport: Exit C Gate 10- International Arrival. Please look for the hotel's representative for Meet & Greet Assistance
• Hotels: Concierge Desk of the Hotel. In the absence of a concierge desk, please be seated in the lobby area.

BAGGAGE POLICY

• Maximum Baggage Allowance: 01 Suitcase + 01 Handbag / Laptop bag Per Person.
• These dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets.
• Checked baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D) + 01 Piece of Hand Luggage OR Laptop Bag shall not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and does not weigh more than 7kg.
