In order to ensure a smooth service, we advise you to give us precise information pertaining to your flight departure time, Dubai pick up location address and contact details while making the reservation. Your airport drop off service will be confirmed at the earliest. On the day of departure, your driver will meet you at the hotel’s lobby or designated Dubai spot to comfortably transport you to the airport for your onward journey.

This is a one-way transfer service.
Please carry a valid ID/Passport along with you.
Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space.
You are required to provide us with detailed information on your flight timings.
This transfer service is available for Terminal 1, 2 and 3 for Dubai International Airport only
If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
Limousine and Luxury transfers are available at extra charges.
Your selected time slot is the pick-up from your location (Hotel / Residence).
Kindly keep a minimum of 3.5 hrs difference between your flight departure and Pickup from the location.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
