Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira/Bur Dubai/Marina / Al Barsha / SZR)
For private transfers, pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
Please make sure to adhere to the dress code for visiting attractions of cultural importance like Sheikh Zayed Mosque. (Knees and shoulders covered) Decent attire is a Must required to enter these attractions.
Transfer timings may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Grand Mosque is not open for tourists on Fridays.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years & below 1.4 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
