Eligibility

• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• The minimum number of pax for booking is 2 pax

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Bringing personal surfboards, bodyboards, or tubes is strictly prohibited

• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please do not leave them unattended

• This activity can accommodate pregnant women and disabled participants. However, please note that the shared transfer vehicle cannot accommodate stroller and wheelchairs

• The itinerary will be as follows: Hotel pick up at 09:30; arrive at Sunway Lagoon by 10:15; pick up at Sunway Lagoon at 17:00, and hotel drop off within Kuala Lumpur by 17:30. The schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

How to get there

• By bus: Take the KTM Train to Setia Jaya station, walk 5 minutes to the BRT and take to the Sunway Lagoon Station, walk down the escalator to the Surf Beach Entrance. From KL Sentral, take bus U63 or U67 and alight at Sunway Pyramid

• By car: Drive 15 minutes in smooth traffic from Kuala Lumpur to Petaling Jaya via the Federal Highway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, New Pantai Expressway and KESAS Highway. GPS Coordinates: 3.07199, 101.60515. For selfdrive: Ample parking space available at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall and Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa

• By Shuttle Bus: Free shuttle bus service runs every 25 minutes

• Operating hours: Monday-Friday at 07:00-21:30 and Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays at 09:00-21:30
