• HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the Offer Ticket cannot be verified by HKITP

• Offer Tickets are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
